SleepScorer is a research tool for sleep analysis created and operated by Emil Hardarson. It is provided for research, informational, and review purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a medical diagnosis, not a medical device, and not a substitute for qualified clinical judgment.
By using SleepScorer, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Using SleepScorer
SleepScorer is free for personal use unless stated otherwise.
SleepScorer may only be used in a lawful and responsible way. Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm other people or the service itself.
Users are responsible for the data they upload and for making sure they have the right to use and share it.
2. Research tool only
SleepScorer is designed as a research and review tool.
Its outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. SleepScorer should not be relied on for medical, clinical, legal, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.
SleepScorer is not intended for patient use or diagnosis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SleepScorer and its creator are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, or reliance on its outputs.
This does not limit liability where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
6. User data and content
Users keep any rights they have in the data and content they upload.
Users remain responsible for that data and content, including making sure they have the right to upload it and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.
7. SleepScorer property
The SleepScorer website, software, design, and related content remain the property of their owner unless stated otherwise.
These Terms give users permission to use the service, but not ownership of the service or its underlying software.
8. Ending or restricting access
SleepScorer may suspend, restrict, or end access to the service if necessary to protect the service, respond to misuse, address security issues, or comply with law.
